Music of the Baroque

Today, Wednes­day Novem­ber 9th, we explore the music of the Baroque era. We’ll be includ­ing the work of a wide range of com­posers, with a par­tic­u­lar empha­sis this time on the work of J S Bach..

Tarot @ Teatime — Episode 4

Here’s an oppor­tu­ni­ty for a sec­ond chance to hear Episode 4 of our orig­i­nal series on the Tarot, “Tarot @ Teatime, with Wil­low Moon­fire and Hon­ey Heart. The show airs on Thurs­days and Sun­days at 12 noon and 4pm Pacif­ic Time, and this episode goes out on Oct 30, Nov 3, 6 and 10.

Episode 4 cov­ers Part Two of The Four Ele­ments.  We present qual­i­ties and key­words asso­ci­at­ed the ele­ments of Air and Earth, which are rep­re­sent­ed by the suits of Swords and the suit of Pentacles.

The Terrygold Art Gallery

The lat­est episode of our orig­i­nal series, “Where Have You Been?”, which takes a look at things to do and places to vis­it around the Sec­ond Life Grid, this time vis­its The Ter­ry­gold Art Gallery on Peace­ful Land.

Ter­ry­gold Resident’s gallery fea­tures her work, and guest artists in three indi­vid­ual gallery spaces, acces­si­ble from the lob­by via a tele­porter.  Terrygold’s work is rather inter­est­ing, in that she com­bines two dimen­sion­al images that she cre­ates with mean­der­ing envi­ron­ments that fol­low a reflec­tive nar­ra­tive of her own. We focus par­tic­u­lar­ly on two of the installations.

“Where Have You Been?” is broad­cast on Wednes­days and Sat­ur­days, at 12 noon and 4pm SLT/Pacific Time, and a new episode is released every two weeks.

The region Peace­ful Land is rat­ed Adult.

The Magic of The Musical: “Everything Addams”

This month we break our own rules, fea­tur­ing more than the music of the stage. If you can’t break your own rules in Octo­ber, when CAN you break them? Today we explore the musi­cal lega­cy of The Addams Fam­i­ly which includes the 1960s tele­vi­sion show, the films (both live action and ani­mat­ed) and the stage musical.
