Since 2021, Vir­tu­al Com­mu­ni­ty Radio (VCRa­dio) has been shar­ing its eclec­tic mix of music and orig­i­nal pro­grams cre­at­ed for lis­ten­ers in vir­tu­al worlds and on the wider inter­net. We are grate­ful to all the indi­vid­u­als and com­mu­ni­ties that have sup­port­ed us as spon­sors and lis­ten­ers. Thank you for shar­ing the music, spo­ken word, and oth­er spe­cial programming.

Six years has seen a lot of changes in all our lives. VCRa­dio and the peo­ple behind it are no dif­fer­ent. Begin­ning Octo­ber 1st (2026) we will no longer be stream­ing the sta­tion. We plan to focus our time and resources on our orig­i­nal pro­gram cre­ation. While the sta­tion stream will go silent, you will still be able to enjoy First Sun­days, The Mag­ic of The Musi­cal, and oth­er pro­grams we pro­duce live in Sec­ond Life, and then on our Mix­cloud chan­nel via listen-on-demand. 

We’ll be releas­ing a fresh new web­site short­ly, where you can learn about events and pro­grams. Our Sec­ond Life group and sub­scriber will con­tin­ue as will our social media pres­ence. We hope you will join us as we enter this new, excit­ing phase of our work, and we look for­ward to shar­ing more audio adven­tures with you in the months and years to come.
