Where Have You Been? S04E01: RoseGarden
Welcome to a new season of “Where Have You Been?”, our bi-weekly series (ie with a new episode every two weeks), broadcast on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 12 noon and 4pm SLT, where we suggest places to go and things to do around the Second Life Grid.
Our thanks to listener Tama Cub who sent us the SLURL and some information on RoseGarden, which we are featuring in this episode.
Tama says. “It’s a place I always come back to. …it’s a set of four islands that are each themed around the four seasons of the year. There’s a lot you can do on these islands and they make great spots to take pictures!”
As Tama shared, each of the four major islands is themed to a different season, and each of the themes includes some secrets, as well as things to do. Tune in to learn more!

They run events and tours, produce a weekly online publication, and there are even Bellisserian embassies on seven continents.

In addition, tune in every four hours from 4am SLT for a new episode of “The Engines of Our Ingenuity” from the University of Houston.
Where Have You Been?: Two Sides of October
In the latest episode of our original series, “Where Have You Been?”, which suggests things to do and places to visit around the Second Life Grid, we approach the month of October in two different ways: The Briar Woods present a pleasant Autumnal scene, while the Ride of Doom lends a Hallowe’en-ish feeling to the proceedings. Both are well worth a visit!
We also suggest a couple of other venues that might be worth your perusal.
This show airs on October 25 and 28, plus Nov 1 and 4, at 12 noon and 4pm SLT/Pacific.
