As lis­ten­ers may well know, “Where Have You Been?” is our pop­u­lar orig­i­nal series where your hosts, Cale­do­nia Sky­tow­er and Elrik Mer­lin, dis­cuss things to do and places to vis­it around the Sec­ond Life Grid.

The series is now on hia­tus, but while we busy our­selves find­ing new expe­ri­ences to high­light in Series Four, we’re going to broad­cast ran­dom shows from our third sea­son in the peri­od before we start a new sea­son lat­er in the year, as a kind of “Mag­i­cal Mys­tery Tour”.

We’ve cho­sen a selec­tion of shows from Sea­son Three that dis­cuss places and activ­i­ties that as far as we know are still avail­able — things change fast in Sec­ond Life and there have also been expe­ri­ences that are time-relat­ed and are no longer avail­able, such as sea­son­al venues, art gallery shows and so on, so we’ve omit­ted those. We’re going to play out our show selec­tion at ran­dom in the reg­u­lar WYB slots of 12 noon and 4pm on Wednes­days and Sat­ur­days. You won’t know what show you’re going to get — and nei­ther will we! What you will get, how­ev­er, is a pro­gramme cov­er­ing an exist­ing expe­ri­ence that you can vis­it today.

The titles of WYB write­ups all start with “Where Have You Been?” so they are quite easy to find: then scroll through the list until you locate the show you’re look­ing for. So, for exam­ple, if you hear a show about the Cesa Gallery, you can search for “Cesa” and quick­ly find the details on where it is and how to get there.
