The Last Dance at The Dickens Project

On Sunday January 7th, Virtual Community Radio’s DJs Elrik Merlin & Caledonia Skytower host the “last dance” at the 2023 Edition of The Dickens Project live on-the-air and at the Dickens Skating Pond.

“We’ve got a new year, now what do we do with it?” — Rik and Cale spin no doubt very different music inspired by the theme “optimistic intentions” for 2024.

Host Caledonia Skytower explores our fascination with space through popular entertainment, focusing primarily on the music of Star Trek and Star Wars. These fertile franchises, each with their own rocky beginnings, have had a major impact on the entertainment industry and popular culture as they continue to honor their beginnings and explore new paths. Strap on your light saber and prepare to beam-up for an hour of glorious music of The Stars!

Here’s your transportation… and talking of transportation, while you’re there, why not hop on a skycycle and see the exhibition from a different angle?
